Getting the price right
Price matters, the right price. In a tight market such as ours, getting
out there with the right price is essential. It's my responsibility to
properly analyze your home against others on the market, those that have
recently sold or are under contract in your subdivision, and in addition, other
comparable East Lake Woodlands homes.
Our Agreement
We will enter into a sales contract and I will give you an estimated net sheet,
completely outlining the costs of selling as well as what you can expect at the
closing table. We have extremely competitive and flexible commission
rates. We do our best to work with you in this regard. There is no
binding agreement ever on your part. If we don't do what we say we will,
you can terminate our contract.
Stage the Home
Most homes in East Lake Woodlands already look like models. Very little,
if anything, probably needs to be done to your home. Cleanliness at all
times when a home is on the market is the most important thing, along with
reducing the clutter and organizing closets. I may suggest a few small
improvements to help your home show well though. Buyers have a lot of choices
today. I know what they like and don't like.

It's all about exposure. Exposure on the internet, exposure on the MLS,
exposure in front of potential buyers. If your home is priced right and
looking good, but no one can find it, it's not going to sell. Today
